The Amity FoundationOPLE is one of those rare non-profit organizations that makes a difference in the community, helps people improve their lives and then gives back. This foundation does just that. It has a wonderful vision which is centered on changing lives for the better, but it is funded by the community and made possible by contributions from businesses, institutions, and individuals. The FoundationOPLE is a local non-profit foundation whose mission is to support and nurture the communities in and around the greater Cincinnati/Middletown area.

The foundation’s goal is to empower people in the community needs. As a community based organization, we believe in creating opportunities for families to succeed in life and enriching our community. Our goal is to provide services which improve quality of life, empower people, and improve the quality of life of communities.

The Amity FoundationOPLE is located in Middletown. It was founded in 1985 by John L. Martin II. At the time of its inception, the organization had over $5 million invested. Today, it has over $7 million invested. The organization is a member of the National Association of State Boards of Education and is an active member of the National Association of Independent Schools (NASS).

The Amity FoundationOPLE is a member of the Business Services Council of America (BSCA) and is registered with the National Center for Professional and Economic Education (NCPE). We also work with various state boards to develop business-friendly policies.
